基于Web技术的输电线路运检信息管理系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 广西送变电超高压输电线路运行维护中心,是南方电网的超高压设施设备维护单位,负责两条超高压输电线路的维护和检修。由于目前仍在使用电网旧规范进行台账管理,导致巡检工作效率极低。随着新的维护项目的引进,使人均管理设备数量剧增,管理开始出现混乱现象。由于检修人手有限,如何保证巡检质量,维持设备的有序运行,减少巡检工作强度,提高检修速度,成为本系统研究与设计的目的。基于此,笔者根据上级电网公司的文件要求,利用现有的业务流程研发出一套基于Web技术的信息管理系统来解决以上难题。

【Abstract】 The Guangxi Transmission and Transformation UHV Transmission Line Operation and Maintenance Center is the UHV facility and equipment maintenance company of China Southern Power Grid. It is responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of two UHV transmission lines. Because the old grid regulations are still being used for ledger management, the inspection work efficiency is extremely low. With the introduction of new maintenance projects, the number of management equipment per capita increased dramatically, and management began to appear chaotic. With only limited maintenance manpower, how to ensure the quality of the inspection, maintain the healthy and orderly operation of the equipment, reduce the intensity of the inspection work, and increase the speed of the inspection have become the research and design goals of this system. Therefore, according to the document requirements of the superior power grid company, a set of information management system based on Web technology was developed using the existing business process to solve the above problems.
