【摘要】 中国硅酸盐学会建筑材料分会会同西安墙体材料研究设计院,于2021年5月～8月四个月的时间,对全国陶粒轻骨料行业进行了较全面调查研究。涵盖了轻骨料及轻骨料混凝土相关的产业政策、陶粒生产与应用发展现状、存在的问题和产业发展前景,详细分析了当前全国及重点区域陶粒产业的生产情况,在节能建筑、装配式建筑等领域应用状况,以及在消纳处置固体废弃物、产业结构调整、工艺技术与装备水平提升、产品结构创新、节能减排与清洁生产等情况。调研结果显示,目前全国陶粒产量约1620万m3,其中黏土类固废陶粒占比近85%,粉煤灰煤矸石陶粒近5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article covers the industrial policies related to lightweight aggregate and lightweight aggregate concrete, the development status of ceramsite production and application, existing problems and industrial development prospects, and a detailed analysis of the current production situation of the ceramsite industry in the country and key regions., Prefabricated buildings and other fields of application status, as well as in the disposal of solid waste, industrial structure adjustment, process technology and equipment level improvement, product structure innovation, energy saving and emission reduction, and cleaner production.
