【摘要】 目的采用早期综合康复治疗脑梗死及脑出血偏瘫患者后,对其应用效果及生活质量产生的影响进行探讨。方法该次研究中所纳入的研究对象为该院2019年3月—2020年3月医治的120例脑梗死及脑出血偏瘫患者,按照电脑排列序号,将所有研究对象分为参照组与研究组,参照组60例患者,采用常规康复措施;研究组60例患者,采用早期综合康复治疗。观察两组患者康复效果、生活质量水平、生活能力与神经功能评分等相关情况。结果参照组患者康复有效率为75.00%,研究组患者康复有效率为93.33%,参照组明显低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.566,P=0.006);参照组患者的各项生活质量评分,均明显低于研究组患者的评分(P<0.05);参照组患者生活自理能力评分明显低于研究组(P<0.05);参照组患者神经功能力评分明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑梗死及脑出血偏瘫患者,应用早期综合康复治疗,效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者临床治疗效率,促进患者康复,提升其生活质量水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective After early comprehensive rehabilitation is used to treat patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia, the effects of its application and the quality of life are discussed. Methods The study subjects included in this study are 120 patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia treated in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.
