【摘要】 目的探讨基于护理路径的预见性护理对超声引导下淋巴结穿刺活检患者并发症发生率及配合情况的影响。方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月该院收治的超声引导下淋巴结穿刺活检患者88例作为研究对象,以随机数字法分为两组,对照组和观察组各44例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组则在此基础上采用基于护理路径的预见性护理干预,对两组患者并发症发生情况、配合情况及满意度情况进行比较分析。结果观察组并发症发生率为2.27%,相较于对照组18.18%的并发症发生率明显更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.456,P<0.05);观察组配合度评分(2.64±0.17)分、护理满意度评分(2.75±0.13)分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.293、16.410,P<0.05)。结论临床对超声引导下淋巴结穿刺活检患者采用基于护理路径的预见性护理能够有效降低其并发症发生率,提高配合度,也能促进患者满意度提高,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of predictive nursing based on nursing path on the complication rate and cooperation of patients with ultrasound-guided lymph node biopsy. Methods A total of 88 ultrasound-guided lymph node biopsy patients admitted in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by random number method. The control group and the observation group each had 44 cases. The control group received routine nursing care. On this basis, the observation group used predictive nursing intervention based on the nursing path to compare and analyze the occurrence of complications,cooperation and satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results The complication rate of the observation group was2.27%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 18.18%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=4.456, P<0.05); the degree of cooperation in the observation group(2.64±0.17)points and the nursing satisfaction score(2.75±0.13) points were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=11.293, 16.410, P<0.05). Conclusion The use of predictive care based on nursing pathways for patients undergoing ultrasound-guided lymph node biopsy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve cooperation, and promote patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
