【摘要】 目的探讨老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者接受缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗方案的治疗效果。方法择选2018年4月—2019年4月该院收治的80例老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机分组原则,分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者均接受缬沙坦治疗,研究组在缬沙坦治疗基础上,进一步接受氨氯地平联合治疗。治疗后,分别就两组患者的血压、血糖和胰岛素水平变化情况实施对比,评价两种治疗方案的疗效。结果研究组患者治疗后,收缩压和舒张压分别下降为(27.35±2.16)、(22.83±3.2)mmHg,高于对照组(17.62±2.77)、(13.76±2.23)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=17.519、14.584,P<0.05);研究组空腹血糖(5.56±0.72)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.12±2.71)mmol/L、空腹胰岛素(9.87±2.93)mIU/L低于对照组的(7.62±0.83) mmol/L、(10.04±3.06)mmol/L、(13.55±2.64)mIU/L,差异有统计学意义(t=11.857、2.970、5.901,P<0.05)。结论老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者接受缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,可有效控制患者血压、血糖和胰岛素水平,临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in elderly patients with essential hypertension and diabetes. Methods From April 2018 to April 2019, 80 elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of randomization, they were divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received valsartan treatment, and the study group received amlodipine combined treatment on the basis of valsartan treatment. After treatment, the blood pressure, blood glucose and insulin levels of the two groups of patients were compared to evaluate the efficacy of the two treatment options. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the study group decreased to(27.35 ±2.16)mmHg,(22.83 ±3.2) mmHg, respectively, which were higher than the floating(17.62 ±2.77)mmHg,(13.76 ±2.23)mmHg of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(t=17.519, 14.584, P<0.05); the study group’s fasting blood glucose(5.56±0.72) mmol/L, twohour postprandial blood glucose(8.12±2.71)mmol/L, fasting insulin(9.87±2.93)mIU/L were lower than the control group of(7.62 ±0.83)mmol/L,(10.04 ±3.06)mmol/L,(13.55 ±2.64)mIU/L, the difference was statistically significant(t =11.857,2.970, 5.901, P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of valsartan combined with amlodipine in elderly patients with essential hypertension and diabetes can effectively control the patient’s blood pressure, blood glucose and insulin levels.
