利用表面肌电检测评估外伤性上肢外周神经损伤程度
sEMG Evaluating Degree of Traumatic Injury in Peripheral Nerve of Upper Limbs
【摘要】 目的尝试利用表面肌电(surface electromyographys, sEMG)来检测评估外伤性上肢外周神经的损伤程度。方法选取8位诊断为单侧上肢外周神经(尺神经、正中神经、桡神经)损伤的成年男性伤者,以固定姿势做指定动作,同时在其双侧前臂及手腕采集sEMG,综合分析计算所采集到的sEMG数据,评估上肢外周神经的损伤程度。结果 s EMG检测评估值与外伤性上肢外周神经损伤程度存在高度相关性。结论可以利用sEMG检测评估外伤性上肢外周神经的损伤程度。
【Abstract】 Objective Surface electromyography(sEMG) is an examination approach that records the electrical activity signals of neuromuscular movement units through surface electrodes. With observation and analysis into the received sEMG signals, both the relevant neuromuscular motor function and rehabilitation treatment can be evaluated. This study tries to assess the degree of traumatic injury in peripheral nerve of upper limbs using sEMG. Methods 8 adult male persons wounded, who are diagnosed with unilateral injury in peripheral nerve(ulnar nerve, median nerve, radial nerve) of their upper limbs, were asked to perform specified actions with fixed postures, meanwhile having the sEMG signals collected from both the forearms and wrists. The sEMG data were analyzed and calculated into assessing the injury degree in peripheral nerve of the subjects’ upper limbs. Results There is a high correlation between the sEMG results and clinical assessment. Conclusion sEMG measurement can be adopted to evaluate the degree of traumatic injury in peripheral nerve of upper limbs.
