【Abstract】 To enhance the core competitiveness of regional characteristic towns in Heilongjiang Province,we need to take the internal competitiveness as the basis,deeply dig out the external competitiveness,increase the development power of characteristic industries and improve the industrial efficiency comprehensively. The competitiveness of all dimensions should be developed in a coordinated manner to realize their special and strong connotation,excellent production and beautiful residence for living.
