【摘要】 自2019年底起,全球出现了突发公共卫生事件——新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情。随着社交媒体的发展,官方媒体微信公众号成为传播相关信息的主要渠道之一。本文开展了官方媒体微信公众号此次突发公共卫生事件推送信息的计量分析研究。首先利用拓途数据平台采集了五大官方媒体微信公众号与此次突发公共卫生事件相关推文的数据。其次,采用信息计量、统计分析法和共词分析法对采集的数据进行分析。研究发现推文的数量和内容变化与此次突发公共卫生事件进展相一致,得出传播指数较高的推文特点以及高频词,旨在为提高官方媒体微信公众号的突发公共卫生事件信息传播效果提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 A novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19) epidemic has appeared worldwide since the end of 2019. With the development of social media, the official account of WeChat public has become one of the main channels for disseminating relevant information. Thus we conducted a quantitative analysis of the official media WeChat account. Using the data platform of Tuotu, we collected the data related to the epidemic situation of the five official WeChat account. The collected data is analyzed by informetrics and statistical analysis and co-word analysis. The number and content of tweets were found to be consistent with the progress of the outbreak, the characteristics and the high-frequency words of tweets with high transmission index were found to provide a basis for improving the spread of information from the epidemic by the official media WeChat account.更多还原
