【摘要】 中国癌症健康管理探索已积累了一定经验,但同时重治疗而轻预防、三级预防工作难开展等局限性也已显现。随着医疗卫生信息化进程的不断推进,智慧医疗为癌症健康管理提供了新思路。智慧医疗体系覆盖医院、区域和家庭,可实现对癌症健康管理的全方位保障;物联网、智能终端、大数据及人工智能等智慧医疗关键技术可促进癌症健康管理的形式革新。然而,智慧医疗在中国癌症健康管理发展的过程中,仍存在隐私安全、资源公平、个体自主性、责任界定等伦理问题。政府、医疗机构、社区卫生机构以及公众等应从不同层面给予高度关注和重视,并采取相应合理有效的对策措施,共同促进智慧医疗在中国癌症健康管理中的规范化和持续性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some experience of cancer health management in China has been explored and accumulated, but the limitations such as emphasis on treatment rather than prevention, the difficulty of three-grade prevention have also appeared.With the continuous advancement of medical and health information process, intelligent medicine provides new ideas for cancer health management.The intelligent medicine system covers hospitals, regions and families, which can realize the comprehensive guarantee of cancer health management.Key intelligent medical technologies such as the Internet of things, intelligent terminals, big data and artificial intelligence can promote the forms innovation of cancer health management.However, in the process of the development of cancer health management in China, there are still ethical issues including privacy security, resource equity, individual autonomy and responsibility definition.The government, medical institutions, community health institutions and the public should attach more attention to the challenges and ethical issues from different levels, and take corresponding reasonable and effective measures to jointly promote the standardized and sustainable development of intelligent medicine in cancer health management in China.更多还原
