【Abstract】 Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is the main cause of maternal and perinatal death.Kidney injury is an independent predictor of the poor fetal prognosis.Studies have shown that some biomarkers can been used to detect early renal injury.Early detection and intervention are of great significance to improve adverse pregnancy outcomes.This article reviews the latest research progress of acute kidney injury markers in the early diagnosis of kidney injury in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.更多还原
