【摘要】 饲养育肥牛是实现肉牛养殖业生产目标的重要环节,目前育肥牛生产有2种方式,一种是通过犊牛直线育肥生产牛肉,这种方式能生产出高质量的优质牛肉;另一种是通过架子牛育肥生产牛肉,这种方式只适合生产普通的牛肉。只有提高育肥牛的饲养管理水平,才能提高育肥牛养殖的经济效益。该文阐述犊牛直线育肥和架子牛育肥技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,there are two ways to fatten cattle,one is to fatten calves in a straight line,which can produce high quality beef.The other is to fatten the beef by using the shelf cattle,which is only suitable for the production of ordinary beef.Only by improving the level of feeding management of fattening cattle can the economic benefit of fattening cattle be improved.In this paper,the technique of linear fattening of calves and shelf fattening of calves were introduced.更多还原
