【摘要】 对疑似患病犬进行临床检查,犬细小病毒抗原检测,病理剖检并采集小肠、心脏、肝脏、肺脏、脾脏和胰腺进行冰冻切片和HE染色镜检,结果表明,病犬表现为呕吐,排黄色发粘的稀粪,犬细小病毒抗原检测为阳性,肠黏膜有充血、出血甚至脱落,心肌有出血点,心脏肥大,心外膜有出血斑,心腔积血,肝脏肿大,表面分布不均匀黄色区域;肺部颜色鲜红,有出血斑点,脾有出血点,组织病理学检查可见肠绒毛缩短,肠黏膜上皮细胞坏死或脱落、肠腺细胞核可见包涵体,包浆呈玻璃样变,心肌纤维萎缩,粗细不均,肌纤维间较松散,又少量出血,炎症变化不明显,肝脏中央静脉扩大,组织内有红细胞,细胞核萎缩变小,肺泡萎缩,肺泡内有红细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the clinical examination of the suspected dogs,the detection of canine parvovirus antigen,the pathological examination and the collection of small intestine,heart,liver,lung,spleen and pancreas were examined by frozen section and HE staining microscope.The results showed that the sick dogs were vomiting,yellow and sticky dung,the detection of the canine parvovirus antigen was positive,the intestinal mucosa had hyperemia,bleeding and even shedding; the myocardium had hemorrhagic spots,heart hypertrophy,the epicardial hemorrhage spots,the heart lumen hematoma,the liver enlargement,the uneven distribution of yellow area,the bright red lung and out of the lungs.Blood spots; the spleen has a bleeding point.The histopathological examination showed that the intestinal villus was shortened,the epithelial cells of the intestinal mucosa were necrotic or exfoliated,the nucleus of the intestinal gland was visible,the plasma was glassy,the muscle fibers atrophied,the thickness was unevenly,the muscle fibers were loosely,and a small amount of bleeding,and the inflammatory changes were not obvious; the central vein of the liver was enlarged and the tissue had red blood cells in the tissue.The nuclei atrophy,alveolar atrophy and red blood cells in alveoli.更多还原
