煤泥浮选高剪切调浆技术装备及其应用

【摘要】 传统调浆设备难以满足煤泥浮选所需要的高分散、高效碰撞接触流体力学环境,加强调浆对改善浮选效果十分重要。为全面阐述煤泥高剪切调浆技术,分析了以煤粒表面净化、药剂分散、煤粒与药剂有效碰撞为主的煤泥高剪切调浆机理,通过实验室颗粒表面净化试验、调浆浮选试验等对煤泥高剪切调浆机理进行了说明和验证,并以BGT系列表面改质调浆机在多煤种选煤厂的工业应用效果为例,进一步说明了调浆对改善浮选生产的重要性,指出充分、适度的高剪切调浆是改善浮选效果的重要途径。

【Abstract】 It is difficult for the traditional pulp conditioning equipment to achieve the high-dispersion and high-efficiency collision contact—ahydromechanics environment required for fine coal flotation process. Hence, strengthening pulp conditioning effect is essential to improvement of flotation performance. The paper presents a comprehensive elaboration on the high-shear pulp conditioning technology and the mechanism of such conditioning equipment that works with highly effective cleaning of surface of coal particles, dispersion of agents and agent-particle collision as its main features. The intensive conditioning mechanism is further illustrated and verified through laboratory-scale particle surface cleaning and flotation experiments. The performances of the BGT series surface-modifying pulp conditioner in industrial application at coal preparation plants treating different flotation feeds are cited to further highlight the importance of pulp conditioning for improvement of flotation process. It is pointed out that moderate high-shear pulp conditioning proves to be an important approach for improvement of flotation process.
