【摘要】 目的比较心理模拟及其不同水平对医学生生命意义感的影响,并探讨其在医学生生命教育中的启示。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对疫情复学后113例医学生进行随机分组并开展线上心理支持与问卷调查。研究分为两个部分,第一部分中49例被试被随机分配到有心理模拟的实验组与无心理模拟的对照组。第二部分中64例被试被随机分配到心理模拟趋向组与心理模拟回避组。在进行相应分组心理支持操作后,所有被试最后均需完成生命态度剖面图量表(LAP),比较分析各组量表的总分及各维度得分的差异。结果心理模拟组的生命意义总分及求意义的意志、生命控制、苦难接纳等因子分均高于对照组(P<0.05),回避组的生命意义总分及求意义的意志、生命控制因子分均高于趋向组(P<0.05)。结论心理模拟对生命意义的追寻与肯定的影响更显著。心理模拟具有重要的情绪功能,回避模拟水平对生命意义感的影响更显著。在医学生的生命教育中要关注叙事体验及情绪功能对生命意义感的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of mental simulation and its different levels on medical students’ meaning of life, and to explore its enlightenment in medical students’ life education. Methods 113 medical students were randomly divided into two groups by convenience sampling, and online psychological support and questionnaire survey were carried out. The study was divided into two parts. In the first part, 49 medical students were randomly assigned to the experimental group with mental simulation and the control group without mental simulation. In the second part, 64 medical students were randomly assigned to the simulation tendency group and the simulation avoidance group. All the subjects were required to complete the life attitude profile(LAP) after psychological support operation. Results The total score of meaning of life and the factor scores of will to seek meaning, life control and acceptance of suffering in the mental simulation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total score of meaning of life and the factor scores of will to seek meaning and life control in the avoidance group were higher than those in the tendency group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mental simulation has a more significant effect on the pursuit and affirmation of meaning of life. The level of avoidance simulation has a more significant effect on meaning of life. In the life education of medical students, we should pay attention to the influence of narrative experience and emotional function on meaning of life.更多还原
