【摘要】 目的调查腹膜透析患者照顾者心理脱离现状,分析其影响因素。方法便利抽取2020年11月～2021年2月在贵阳市某三甲医院腹膜透析中心进行门诊随访的300例腹膜透析患者照顾者,使用一般资料调查表、心理脱离量表、照顾负担量表对其进行调查研究。结果腹膜透析患照顾者心理脱离得分总分11.79±3.25分,照顾者照顾负担得分为28.22±6.10分;Pearson相关性分析显示,心理脱离总分与照顾负担总分呈负相关(r=-0.774,P<0.01);多元线性回归分析发现照顾负担总分、并发症、透析龄和每天照顾时间是照顾者心理脱离水平的独立影响因素。结论腹膜透析患者照顾者的心理脱离状态处于中等水平,临床工作者应该重视患者照顾者的心理健康,采取积极的护理措施,提高心理脱离程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigating the current status of psychological disengagement of caregivers of peritoneal dialysis patients and analyzing its influencing factors. Methods Conveniently selecting 300 patient caregivers who were followed up in the peritoneal dialysis center of a tertiary hospital in Guiyang from November 2020 to February 2021 as the survey objects, and used the psychological disengagement scale and care burden scale to investigate and study them. Results The total score of psychological disengagement of caregivers of peritoneal dialysis patients is 11.79±3.25, and the score of caregiver burden of caregiver is 28.22±6.10; correlation analysis shows that the total score of psychological disengagement is negatively correlated with the total score of care burden(r=-0.774, P<0.01); linear regression analysis found that the total score of care burden, complications, dialysis age and daily care time are independent influencing factors of the caregiver’s mental disengagement level. Conclusion The psychological disengagement state of caregivers of peritoneal dialysis patients is at a moderate level. Clinicians should pay attention to the mental health of the patient caregivers and take active nursing measures to improve the degree of psychological disengagement.更多还原
