【摘要】 目的探析原发性肝癌介入治疗患者行积极心理干预方案对患者创伤后成长及乐观倾向的作用。方法通过电脑随机抽样法将2019年5月~2020年5月本院治疗的原发性肝癌介入治疗患者为主要的研究对象,共100例,通过随机抽样的方式,将所有入组的患者分成对照组与实验组。对照组采用常规的护理方法,实验组在对照组常规的护理模式基础上采取积极心理干预方案。比较两组患者的疼痛评分与睡眠质量,患者对于护理的满意度情况,以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果实验组患者的疼痛评分与睡眠质量,护理满意度均优于对照组,实验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将积极心理干预方案应用到原发性肝癌介入治疗患者护理中,可以有效地提升患者治疗的依从性,能够改善患者的不良心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention program on the post-traumatic growth and optimism of patients with primary liver cancer interventional therapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with primary liver cancer interventional therapy treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected by computerized random sampling method. Through random sampling, all patients enrolled in the group were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopts conventional nursing methods, and the experimental group adopts positive psychological intervention programs on the basis of the conventional nursing model of the control group. the pain scores and sleep quality of the two groups of patients, the patients’ satisfaction with nursing care, and the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and the self-rating depression scale（SDS） were compared. Results The pain score, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of positive psychological intervention programs to the care of patients with primary liver cancer interventional therapy can effectively improve the compliance of patients with treatment, and can improve the patients’ unhealthy mental state.更多还原
