【摘要】 目的对老年急性胆囊炎患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术结合心理疗法的治疗效果进行探究。方法选择本院2019年7月~2020年11月收治的老年急性胆囊炎患者104例纳入本研究中,根据患者的不同治疗方法,将其划分为甲组和乙组,各52例。甲组接受常规胆囊切除术治疗,乙组接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合心理疗法。对比两组的治疗效果。结果乙组的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均明显低于甲组;治疗前,两组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分无明显差距(P>0.05),治疗后,乙组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显低于甲组;乙组的并发症发生率明显低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论在老年急性胆囊炎患者的治疗中,采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术与心理疗法效果确切,可以降低患者的术中出血量,缩短其手术时间和住院时间,缓解其不良情绪,减少其并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The treatment effect of receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute gallbladder in the elderly is explored. Methods 104 patients with patients with acute gallbladderitis in November 2019 to November 2019 were included in this study.
