【摘要】 目的探究心理护理指导下思维导图在肺癌围手术期康复指导中的应用。方法选择2019年1月～2020年10月本院收治的100围术期肺癌患者,将其随机分为A组(n=50)和B组(n=50),B组行心理护理模式,A组另运用思维导图对患者进行健康指导,比较患者对肺癌知识的掌握水平和住院天数、相关并发症的发生率、满意度以及手术侧肢体功能训练的依从性。结果 A组对肺癌知识的掌握水平、住院天数、并发症发生率、护理满意度、总依从率与B组相比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在心理护理的基础上运用思维导图的指导方法可以提高患者对肺癌知识的学习效果,减少相关并发症的发生,缩短患者的住院天数,提高患者护理满意度和手术侧肢体功能训练的依从性,值得进一步推广和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of thinking map under psychological nursing guidance in perioperative rehabilitation guidance of lung cancer.Methods We selected 100 perioperative lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020,and randomly divided them into group A (n=50) and group B (n=50).Group B was given a psychological care model.The group also used mind maps to give health guidance to the patients,and compared the patients’ knowledge of lung cancer and the length of hospitalization,the incidence of related complications,satisfaction,and compliance with the functional training of the limbs on the operating side.Results Compared with group B,the level of knowledge of lung cancer,the number of days of hospitalization,complication rate,nursing satisfaction,and total compliance rate in group A were statistically different (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of psychological nursing,using the guidance method of mind map can improve the patient’s learning effect on lung cancer knowledge,reduce the occurrence of related complications,shorten the patient’s hospital stay,improve patient care satisfaction and compliance with surgical side limb function training,It is worthy of further promotion and use.更多还原
