【摘要】 目的探究肺癌化疗期患者心理弹性与其生活质量的相关性。方法收集2020年1月～2020年12月的150例肺癌化疗期患者,分别采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)与EORTC生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)(V3.0)对其心理弹性及生活质量进行评定,同时对其相关性进行研究。结果不同年龄、文化程度及付费方式的患者,其CD-RISC评分存在显著差异(P<0.05),此外,不同文化程度、病理分期及治疗方案的患者在QLQ-C30评分(正面领域)上存在显著差异(P<0.05);以CD-RISC评分为因变量,结合以上单因素影响结果进行多元逐步回归分析可知,影响本次肺癌化疗期患者心理弹性的主要因素依次为付费方式、年龄、文化程度;以QLQ-C30评分(正面领域)为因变量,结合以上单因素影响结果进行多元逐步回归分析可知,影响本次肺癌化疗期患者生活质量的主要因素依次为治疗方案、病理分期、文化程度;对CD-RISC与QLQ-C30的各项维度进行分析,结果可知,肺癌化疗期患者的心理弹性与生活质量中的正面领域呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论在肺癌患者的化疗阶段中,其心理弹性与生活质量呈明显的正相关关系,临床可以此为依据制定相应的护理措施,通过患者心理弹性的加强,进而促进其生活质量的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between the psychological resilience of patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy and their quality of life.Methods A total of 150 patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy were collected from January 2020 to December 2020.The Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and the EORTC quality of life scale (QLQ-C30) (V3.0) were used to assess their psychology.Resilience and quality of life are evaluated,and their relevance is studied at the same time.Results The CD-RISC scores of patients of different ages,education levels and payment methods are significantly different (P<0.05),in addition,patients of different education levels,pathological stages and treatment options have significant QLQ-C30 scores (positive areas) difference (P<0.05);taking the CD-RISC score as the dependent variable,combined with the above single factor influencing the results,the multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that the main factors that affect the psychological resilience of patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy are payment method,age,and education level.Taking the QLQ-C30 score (positive areas) as the dependent variable,combined with the above single factor influencing the results,the multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy are treatment plan,pathological stage,and education level;analyzing the various dimensions of CD-RISC and QLQ-C30,the results show that the mental flexibility of patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy is significantly positively correlated with the positive areas of the quality of life (P<0.05).Conclusion In the chemotherapy stage of lung cancer patients,there is an obvious positive correlation between the psychological flexibility and the quality of life.Clinical nursing measures can be made based on this,and the psychological flexibility of the patients can be strengthened to promote the improvement of their quality of life.更多还原
