【摘要】 目的分析心脏康复治疗对冠心病心力衰竭患者心室重构及心理状况的影响。方法 2020年5月～2020年12月,选取本院收入的65例冠心病心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,两组分别有35例、30例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在此基础上增加心脏康复治疗。对比两组患者的心功能指标、6 min步行距离、不良情绪评分。结果两组患者在治疗前的心功能指标、6 min步行距离、不良情绪评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),经过治疗后,研究组患者的左室收缩末期内径与舒张末期内径均小于对照组(P<0.05),左室射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05),6 min步行距离大于对照组(P<0.05),不良情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者采取心脏康复治疗,能够有效抑制心室重构的出现,改善患者的心脏功能,提高活动耐受量,有效缓解患者不良情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of cardiac rehabilitation on ventricular remodeling and psychological status of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods From May 2020 to December 2020, 65 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 35 cases and 30 cases in the two groups respectively. The control group received conventional treatment, and the study group added cardiac rehabilitation therapy on this basis. The cardiac function indexes, 6 min walking distance, and bad mood scores of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the cardiac function indexes, 6-min walking distance, and bad mood scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the end-systolic and end-diastolic diameters of the study group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05), the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than the control group(P<0.05), the 6-min walking distance was longer than the control group(P<0.05), and the bad mood score was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation therapy for patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can effectively inhibit the appearance of ventricular remodeling, improve the patient’s cardiac function, increase activity tolerance, and effectively alleviate the patients’ unhealthy emotions.更多还原
