探究心理应激情况对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者神经内分泌及免疫功能的影响研究

【摘要】 目的评价在非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者中心理应激情况对于免疫功能和神经内分泌产生的影响。方法对2019年2月~2020年4月的80例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者做分组研究,根据症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分情况把患者分成甲组(SCL-90评分不低于160分,有心理应激性,40例)、乙组(SCL-90评分小于160分,无心理应激性,40例),检测两组的免疫功能、神经内分泌指标。结果乙组CD8~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+小于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组餐后生长激素、空腹生长激素、血浆糖皮质醇、胰高血糖素以及肾上腺素低于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β、去甲肾上腺素低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论在非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者中,心理应激情况可导致免疫功能、神经内分泌系统出现紊乱。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological stress on immune function and neuroendocrine in patients with non-insulindependent diabetes mellitus. Methods A group study was conducted on 80 patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes from February 2019 to April 2020, and the patients were divided into group A according to the scores of the symptom check list-90(SCL-90)(SCL-90 score no less than 160, there was psychological stress, 40 cases), group B(SCL-90 score less than 160 points, no psychological stress, 40 cases), and the immune function and neuroendocrine indicators of the two groups were tested. Results The CD8~+, CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+ in group B were less than those in group A(P<0.05). Postprandial growth hormone, fasting growth hormone, plasma glucocorticoid, glucagon and epinephrine in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05). Interleukin-6, interleukin-1β, and norepinephrine in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, psychological stress can lead to disorders of immune function and neuroendocrine system.
