【摘要】 目的探究在肝癌患者整体护理干预过程中采用肝癌患者家属心理护理对于护理质量的影响。方法筛选出的60例肝癌患者均于本院2018年9月～2020年9月接收,依据随机信封抽签原则将其分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,研究组在常规护理的基础上应用家属心理护理模式对患者进行干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果护理后,两组医疗知识掌握水平均得到了提升,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组心理状态均得到了改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组的生活质量均有所提升,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌患者整体护理干预过程中,通过患者家属心理护理的开展,护理质量得到了较大的提升,患者健康也得到了较好的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing of family members of patients with liver cancer on nursing quality in the process of holistic nursing intervention of patients with liver cancer. Methods The 60 patients with liver cancer were selected and received in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of random envelope drawing. The control group was intervened by routine nursing mode, and the study group was intervened by family psychological nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the mastery level of medical knowledge of the two groups was improved, and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05); after nursing, the psychological state of the two groups was improved, and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05); the nursing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); after nursing, the quality of life of the two groups was improved, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of holistic nursing intervention for patients with liver cancer, through the development of psychological nursing for patients’ families, the quality of nursing has been greatly improved, and the health of patients has also been better restored.更多还原
