Effect of preoperative psychological intervention on butorphanol tartrate combined with propofol in the control of painless artificial abortion patients
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of preoperative psychological intervention on butorphanol tartrate combined with propofol to control anxiety and pain in patients with painless induced abortion. Methods A total of 198 induced abortion patients treated with butorphanol tartrate combined with propofol anesthetized in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected, and the patients were divided into study groups(n=99) using random number representation method. With the control group(n=99), the control group carried out routine intervention, and the study group combined with preoperative psychological intervention to compare the postoperative anxiety score, pain score, surgery-related indicators, and postoperative complications of the two groups. Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05); the study group’s average operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative vaginal bleeding time and postoperative menstrual recovery time were shorter than those of the control group, statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of postoperative complications(uterine adhesions, uterine perforation, uterine cavity infection, uterine insufficiency) in the study group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05); the pain score of the study group after intervention was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative psychological intervention with butorphanol tartrate combined with propofol to control painless induced abortion can effectively improve the anxiety and pain scores of the patients, keep the patients in good condition, and promote postoperative recovery.
