【摘要】 目的探究分析在糖尿病合并冠心病患者负面情绪中实施心理护理的效果。方法于2020年1月～2021年1月选取本院46例糖尿病并发冠心病的患者为研究对象,以随机数字表分为两组,每组23例。常规组给予常规护理,研究组给予心理护理,统计分析两组护理效果。结果护理后研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);在疾病认知、情绪管理、治疗依从以及症状管理方面的自我效能评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);在躯体功能、社会功能、精神状态以及情感职能方面的评分均优于常规组患者,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并冠心病患者的护理中辅以心理护理,对患者负面情绪有很好的缓解作用,可以明显提高患者自我效能,同时可以显著改善其生活质量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of psychological nursing in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease in their negative emotions. Methods From January 2020 to January 2021 as the research object, 46 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with a random number table, with 23 cases in each group. The conventional group was given routine nursing care, and the research group was given psychological nursing. Statistical analysis was made on the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and the self-rating depression scale(SDS) of the post-nursing research group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05); they were better in disease cognition, emotional management, treatment compliance, and symptom management the self-efficacy scores were all higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05); the scores of physical function, social function, mental state and emotional function were better than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing is supplemented in the nursing of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease, which has a good effect on alleviating the negative emotions of the patients. It can significantly improve the self-efficacy of the patients, and at the same time, it can significantly improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
