【摘要】 子宫颈癌简称宫颈癌,是指发生在宫颈阴道部或移行待的鳞状上皮细胞及宫颈管内膜柱状上皮细胞交界处的恶性肿瘤,是妇科最常见的生殖道恶性肿瘤,50～55岁为发病年龄高峰,近年来,国内宫颈癌呈低龄化趋势,每年新增宫颈癌患者超13万例,由宫颈癌引起的死亡人数超过3万。宫颈癌主要以手术和放射治疗为主,宫颈癌根治术后会导致生殖器官的缺失,引起性激素水平的变化和其他并发症,不仅会对患者的生理产生一定的影响,由于宫颈位置的特殊性,也加重了患者的心理压力,患者可能会产生严重的心理失衡和焦虑、悲观情绪,这些临床表现均限制了患者术后的生活质量。因此,在临床护理中,除了要做好患者围术期的疾病护理外,还需要为患者的心理问题进行护理和干预。本文研究总结分析了心理护理联合健康教育对宫颈癌患者术后焦虑及自我效能的影响,以期为临床护理工作提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cervical cancer refers to a malignant tumor that occurs at the junction of squamous epithelial cells and columnar epithelial cells of the cervical endometrium in the cervix vagina or during migration.It is the most common reproductive tract in gynecology.For malignant tumors,the peak age of onset is between 50 and 55 years old.However,in recent years,cervical cancer in my country has shown a trend of younger age.There are more than 130000 new cases of cervical cancer each year,and more than 30000 deaths caused by cervical cancer.The treatment of cervical cancer is mainly surgery and radiotherapy.After radical resection of cervical cancer,it will lead to the loss of reproductive organs,causing changes in sex hormone levels and other complications,which will not only have a certain impact on the patient’s physiology,but also due to the particularity of the cervical position.It also aggravated the psychological pressure of the patient,and the patient may have severe psychological imbalance,anxiety,and pessimism.These clinical manifestations all limit the quality of life of the patient after surgery.Therefore,in clinical nursing,in addition to perioperative disease care for patients,it is also necessary to provide care and intervention for patients’ psychological problems.This article summarizes and analyzes the effects of psychological nursing combined with health education on postoperative anxiety and self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer,in order to improve the reference for clinical nursing work.更多还原
