【摘要】 目的研究医患互动模式用于糖尿病患者牙种植后心理干预的临床价值。方法选取本院2018年9月～2019年9月接受过牙种植的糖尿病患者88例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(44例)与对照组(44例)。两组均采用心理干预,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取医患互动模式,持续干预3个月。观察两组干预前后糖代谢指标情况:空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc);牙周指数情况:菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、探诊指数(PD)、患者依从性、牙周围炎发生率。结果干预后观察组FBG、HbAlc、PLI、GI、SBI、PD低于本组干预前及对照组干预后(P<0.05),对照组干预后FBG、HbAlc、PLI、GI、SBI、PD高于治疗前(P<0.05),干预后观察组总依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),牙周围炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医患互动模式干预糖尿病牙种植体患者心理干预效果明显,可以明显减少糖尿病患者牙种植体周围发病率,改善患者体内血糖水平及牙周指标情况,提高患者治疗依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of doctor-patient interaction model in psychological intervention of diabetic patients after dental implantation.Methods A total of 88 diabetic patients who received dental implant in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases).Psychological intervention was used in both groups,The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given doctor-patient,the intervention lasted for 3 months.The indexes of glucose metabolism before and after the intervention were observed:fasting blood glucose (FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc);periodontal index count:plaque index (PLI),gingival index (GI),sulcus bleeding index (SBI),probing index (PD),patient compliance and incidence rate of periodontal disease.Results After intervention,FBG,HbAlc,PLI,GI,SBI and PD in observation group were lower than those before intervention and after intervention in control group (P<0.05),FBG,HbAlc,PLI,GI,SBI and PD in the control group after intervention were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).After intervention,the total compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence rate of peripheral inflammation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of the doctor patient interaction mode is obvious in the patients with diabetic dental implants.It can significantly reduce the incidence rate of dental implants around the diabetic patients,improve the blood glucose level and periodontal index of the patients,and improve the treatment compliance of the patients.更多还原
