【摘要】 目的研究细节管理联合心理护理在妇产科急危重症患者中的临床护理效果。方法选取2017年12月～2020年6月收治的妇产科急危重症患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取细节管理联合心理护理。比较并发症发生情况,护理前后的心理情绪,以及护理后的满意度情况。结果观察组并发症发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组心理情绪相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为 42.23±1.15 分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为 40.03±2.18 分,分别低于对照组的 52.88±2.44 分、51.34±3.41 分,P<0.05。观察组护理总满意率为90.91%,高于对照组的68.18%(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科急危重症患者的临床护理中,采用细节管理联合心理护理的方法,能够有效减少并发症的发生,改善患者心理情绪,提高护理满意度,临床护理效果十分理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of detail management combined with psychological nursing in critically ill patients in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods 88 critically ill patients in obstetrics and gynecology department from December 2017 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given detail management combined with psychological nursing.The incidence of complications,psychological mood before and after nursing,and satisfaction after nursing were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%,which was lower than 22.73% of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05);after nursing,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) was 42.23±1.15 points,and the self-rating depressive scale (SDS) was 40.03±2.18 points,in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 52.88±2.44 and 51.34±3.41,respectively,with significant difference (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90.91%,which was higher than 68.18% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of critically ill patients in obstetrics and gynecology department,the method of detail management combined with psychological nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the psychological mood of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.The clinical nursing effect is very ideal.更多还原
