【摘要】 采用元分析的方法探讨两种主要情绪劳动策略(表层表演、深层表演)之间的相关。经筛选,共有150篇文献的162个独立样本(N=63629)符合标准。元分析结果发现,表层表演与深层表演呈显著正相关(r=0.17)。量表的作答方式、测量工具、职业类型对表层表演与深层表演的相关具有显著影响。具体表现为,量表的作答方式为频率时,表层表演和深层表演相关显著高于作答方式为程度时的相关;采用Brotheridge和Lee(2003)量表获得的表层表演和深层表演的相关最高,采用Grandey(2003)量表与Diefendorff等人(2005)量表获得的相关系数间无显著差异;职业类型为"情感劳动职业"时,表层表演和深层表演的相关显著高于职业类型为"情绪劳动职业";研究方法对表层表演和深层表演的相关无显著影响。研究结果为情绪劳动研究的理论和测量提供了启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 A meta-analysis was conducted to explore the relationship between the surface acting and deep acting, both of which are components of emotional labor strategies. A total of 162 independent samples(N=63629) from 150 articles meet the standard for further analysis. Results showed that surface acting and deep acting were positively related. The test of moderating effect suggested that the response format of scales, measuring instrument, and the vocational type significantly moderated the relationship between surface acting and deep acting. Specifically, when the response format was by frequency, the relationship between surface acting and deep acting was stronger than that by degree. When using the scale developed by Brotheridge and Lee(2003), the correlation between surface acting and deep acting was higher than the scales of Grandey(2003) and Diefendorff et al.(2005). The relationship between surface acting and deep acting in caring professions was significantly higher than that in commercial service professions. Research methods had no significant moderating effect on the relationship between surface acting and deep acting. These results provide implications for studying of the theory and measurement of emotional labor.更多还原
