【摘要】 目的基于倾向性评分匹配(PSM)法评价外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶对5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣术后6个月内复发率的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2020年10月南通大学附属南通第三医院诊治的242例行ALA-PDT治疗的尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据ALA-PDT治疗后是否外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶分为干扰素组(n=77)和对照组(n=165),采用PSM法均衡两组的基线临床变量,分析治疗后6个月内的复发率。结果通过PSM法1∶1匹配,69对患者配对成功。PSM法匹配前,干扰素组复发率为11.7%,对照组为15.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PSM法匹配后,干扰素组复发率为11.6%,对照组为15.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素COX回归分析表明,匹配前后外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶对ALA-PDT治疗尖锐湿疣术后复发率均无影响(P>0.05)。结论外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶对ALA-PDT治疗尖锐湿疣术后复发率无显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of topical recombinant human interferon α-2 b gel on the recurrence rate of patients with condyloma acuminatum treated by aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) with propensity score matching(PSM). Methods Clinical data of 242 patients with condyloma acuminatum treated with ALA-PDT in the Nantong Third Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from February 2016 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether the recombinant human interferon α-2 b gel was applied topically after treatment with ALA-PDT, the patients were divided into interferon group(n=77) and control group(n=165). The baseline clinical variables of the two groups were balanced by PSM method, and the recurrence rate within six months after treatment was analyzed. Results Through 1∶1 PSM matching, 69 pairs of patients were successfully matched. Before PSM matching, the recurrence rate of interferon group was 11.7%, and that of the control group was 15.8%, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After PSM matching, the recurrence rate of interferon group was 11.6%, and that of the control group was 15.9%, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Multivariate COX regression analysis showed that before and after matching, external application of recombinant human interferon α-2 b gel had no effect on postoperative recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum treated by ALA-PDT(P>0.05). Conclusions External application of recombinant human interferon α-2 b gel had no significant effect on the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum treated by ALA-PDT.更多还原
