【摘要】 目的了解集体宣教和培训干预对青少年学生性与生殖健康(SRH)知识水平的影响。方法选取2014年9月杭州市萧山区两所小学(四年级和五年级)、两所初中(一年级和二年级)和两所高中(一年级)的各320名学生作为研究对象。按学校分为干预组(有效问卷925份)和对照组(有效问卷879份),对干预组学生展开为期2个学期的宣传教育和培训,对照组采取常规教学。采用前后两次问卷调查收集研究对象的SRH知识掌握情况,分析干预的效果。结果终末调查时,对象的知识得分及格比例分别升高到60.14%(对照组)和68.15%(干预组),均高于基线调查时,而且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,初中学生和高中学生的SRH知识得分及格比例显著高于小学学生;父亲的文化程度和家庭收入对调查对象的SRH知识得分也有一定的影响。结论在学校开展集体宣教和培训性教育能够有效地提高学生SRH知识水平。学校和教师应该成为青少年SRH知识获取的主要来源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the impact of collective education/training interventions on adolescent students′ sexual and reproductive health(SRH) knowledge. Methods In September 2014, 320 students from two primary schools(grade 4 and grade 5), two junior high schools(grade 1 and grade 2) and two senior high schools(grade 1) in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou were selected as the research objects, and divided into the intervention group(valid questionnaire n=925) and the control group(valid questionnaire n=879) by school. The students in the intervention group were given two semester collective education/training interventions. The SRH knowledge of the subjects was collected by two questionnaires before and after the survey, to analyze the effect of the intervention. Results At the end of the survey, the passing proportion increased to 60.14%(control group) and 68.15%(intervention group) respectively, which were both higher than those of the baseline survey, and the intervention group was higher than that of the control group. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis also showed that the percentage of passing SRH knowledge score of junior high school students and senior high school students was significantly higher than that of primary school students; the father′s education level and family income also had a certain influence on the SRH knowledge score of the respondents. Conclusions Collective education/training of sex education in schools can effectively improve students′ SRH knowledge. Schools and teachers should be the primary source of adolescent SRH knowledge.更多还原
