【摘要】 目的探讨超声灰阶声像图对小儿隐睾的诊断效能。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2020年3月丽水市中心医院收治的89例疑似小儿隐睾(98患侧)患者的临床资料,均实施彩色多普勒超声检查,包括超声灰阶声像图和彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI),另行腹腔镜探查术作为诊断金标准。观察超声灰阶声像图和CDFI的诊断结果,对比二者对小儿隐睾的诊断价值。结果超声灰阶声像图和CDFI诊断小儿隐睾的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性和阴性预测值均相当,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);超声灰阶声像图对腹股沟型、阴囊根部型隐睾诊断的准确率与CDFI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对腹腔型隐睾诊断的准确率及总准确率均高于CDFI,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声灰阶声像图与CDFI诊断小儿隐睾的效能相当,但前者对腹腔型隐睾的诊断准确率更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of high frequency gray scale ultrasound in children with cryptorchidism. Methods The clinical data of 89 suspected pediatric cryptorchidism patients(98 affected sides) admitted to Lishui Central Hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography, including ultrasonic gray scale sonography and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI), and laparoscopic probe was used as the gold diagnostic standard. To observe the diagnostic results of ultrasonic grayscale sonography and CDFI, and compare the diagnostic value of the two for children cryptorchidism. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive and negative predictive values of high frequency ultrasound gray scale ultrasonography and CDFI in the diagnosis of cryptorchidism in children were similar, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of inguinal and scrotal cryptorchidism was not significantly different from that of CDFI(P>0.05). The accuracy and total accuracy of the diagnosis of cryptorchidism were higher than that of CDFI(P<0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler high-frequency ultrasound gray scale ultrasound has the same efficiency as CDFI in the diagnosis of cryptorchidism in children, but the former is more accurate in the diagnosis of abdominal cryptorchidism, which is recommended to be popularized.更多还原
