【摘要】 目的探讨五行音乐疗法对肝阳上亢型高血压患者血压及情绪的影响。方法选取2018年5月-2020年5月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院就诊的肝阳上亢型高血压患者480例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和音乐疗法组。对照组予以常规降压药物治疗,音乐疗法组在对照组基础上予以五行音乐疗法。比较两组治疗前后平均血压水平、焦虑抑郁评分、血清学指标及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后平均收缩压及舒张压较治疗前下降,且音乐疗法组下降水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后宗氏焦虑评分及宗氏抑郁评分评分均有所下降,且对照组下降水平劣于音乐疗法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后一氧化氮、5-羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素水平均较治疗前升高,血管内皮生长因子水平较治疗前下降,且与治疗组相比,音乐疗法组升高及下降水平明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率(91.67%)低于音乐疗法组(95.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐疗法在缓解肝阳上亢型高血压患者血压水平及焦虑抑郁情绪方面具有良好的临床疗效,其机制可能与改善患者内皮功能及神经递质水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of five elements music therapy on blood pressure and emotion of patients with hypertension of hyperactivity of liver Yang. Methods A total of 480 patients with hypertension of hyperactivity of liver Yang who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group and music therapy group. The control group was given conventional anti-hypertensive drug treatment, while the music therapy group was given five elements music therapy on the basis of the control group. The average blood pressure level, anxiety and depression score, serological indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results After the treatment, the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased, and the decrease level of music therapy group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with before the treatment, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores of the two groups decreased after the treatment, and the decline level of the control group was worse than that of the music therapy group(P<0.05). The levels of NO, 5-hydroxytryptamine and noradrenaline were higher than before the treatment, and the levels of VEGF were lower than those before the treatment. Compared with the treatment group, the level of increase and decrease of music therapy group was more obvious(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the control group was 91.67%, which was lower than that of the music therapy group(95.83%, P<0.05). Conclusion Five elements music therapy has a good clinical effect on relieving blood pressure and anxiety and depression in the patients with hypertension of hyperactivity of liver Yang, and its mechanism may be related to improving endothelial function and neurotransmitter level.更多还原
