压紧机构预装配过程的碰撞响应影响因素分析

【摘要】 物体之间碰撞力的大小可能受到物体间隙、压力大小、初速度等诸多因素的影响,研究这些因素对碰撞力和响应时间的影响,对提高机械产品的性能及使用寿命具有较高的理论价值和实际效益。针对加压装置压紧机构的预装配过程,应用接触单元法和Hertz-damp接触模型,建立了压紧机构预装配碰撞过程的数学模型。分析了模型中的关键参数,建立了MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型,对压紧机构碰撞过程中影响接触力和接触响应的参数进行了讨论,得出了压紧力、初速度、间隙对碰撞过程的影响曲线,对碰撞的理论研究与实际应用具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The striking force between objects was affected by many factors such as object clearance,pressure,initial velocity,and so on,research on effects of these factors on striking force and response time had higher theoretical value and actual benefit for improving performance and useful life of mechanical products.Aimed at the pre-assembly process of the hold-down mechanism of the pressurizing device,the mathematical model of the pre-assembly collision process of the pressing mechanism was established by using the contact element method and Hertz-damp contact model.The key parameters in the model were analyzed,and the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model was established.It was discussed that the parameters affecting the contact force and contact response in the collision process of the hold-down mechanism,and the influence curves of the compression force,initial velocity and clearance on the collision process were obtained,which had a certain reference value for the theoretical research and practical application of the collision.
