基于Simufact的自冲铆接试验与仿真平台设计

【摘要】 自冲铆接技术是铝合金连接工艺的重要方法之一,搭建自冲铆接的试验与仿真平台是研究自冲铆接技术的重要基础。针对厚度为1.6mm的6000、2.2mm的6063-T6和2.2mm的6082-T6铝合金材料,利用电子万能试验机和自冲铆接夹具设备搭建试验平台,完成了三层结构的自冲铆接试验,并采用线切割技术观察铆接剖面效果。接头剖面质量的表征参数:水平自锁量、垂直自锁量、最小底部厚度、铆钉张开度和铆接力分别为0.512mm、0.711mm、0.133mm、7.66mm和36.189 6kN。基于Pro/E和Simufact软件搭建联合仿真试验平台并完成1.6mm的6000、2.2mm的6063-T6和2.2mm的6082-T6铝合金的三层结构铆接仿真试验。通过对比试验平台和仿真平台获得的铆接接头发现,仿真结果剖面形态与实际剖面形态较为相似,水平自锁量、垂直自锁量、最小底部厚度、铆钉张开度和铆接力的误差分别为6.6%、4.2%、5.6%、4.0%和6.4%,验证了SPR仿真平台的有效性。

【Abstract】 Self-piercing riveting technology was one of the important methods of aluminum alloy joining technology,and building a self-piercing riveting test and simulation platform was an important foundation for studying self-piercing riveting technology.For the aluminum alloy materials such as 6000 with the thickness of 1.6 mm,and 6063-T6 and 2.2 mm 6082-T6 with thickness of 2.2 mm,the electronic universal testing machine and self-piercing riveting fixture equipment were used to build a test platform,and the self-piercing riveting test of the three-layer structure was completed.And wire cutting technology was used to observe the effect of riveting section.The characteristic parameters of the joint profile quality like horizontal self-locking amount,vertical self-locking amount,minimum bottom thickness,rivet opening and riveting force respectively were 0.512 mm,0.711 mm,0.133 mm,7.66 mm and 36.189 6 kN.A joint simulation test platform was built based on Pro/E and Simufact software and the three-layer structure riveting simulation test of 6000 with the thickness of 1.6 mm,and6063-T6 and 6082-T6 aluminum alloys with the thickness of 2.2 mm was completed.By comparing the riveted joints obtained by the test platform and the simulation platform,it was found that the profile shape of the simulation result was similar to the actual profile shape.The errors of horizontal self-locking amount,vertical self-locking amount,minimum bottom thickness,rivet opening and riveting force were 6.6%,4.2%,5.6%,4.0%and 6.4%,which verified the effectiveness of the SPR simulation platform.
