基于VB的轴力图自动生成技术研究

【摘要】 目前,有关轴力图的研究基本停留在如何利用绘图技巧快速手工绘制,自动绘制轴力图的文献较少。当杆件的外力已知时,可以通过截面法计算出杆件各段的轴力值,并可绘制出轴力图,当杆件的外力大小、方向、作用的位置等参数变化时,轴力值和轴力图会随之变化。将外力的变化用参数来表达,然后用截面法推导出各段轴力的计算公式,即将轴力表示为外力的函数。再通过轴力绝对值中最大值的取值区间,调整轴力图上轮廓线的实际位置,保证自动绘制的轴力图轮廓线位置在合理范围内。应用VB软件的强大编译功能,将轴力图的逻辑绘图思路与编程语言相结合,实现轴力图的自动生成,提高轴力图的生成效率和准确率,为工程技术人员提供极大的便利。

【Abstract】 At present,the research on the axis diagram mainly focused on how to use the drawing skills to draw the axis diagram quickly by hand,and the literature about automatic drawing axis diagram was less.When the external force of the member was known,the axial force value of each section of the member could be calculated by the section method,and the axial force diagram could be drawn.When the size,direction,position and other parameters of the external force of the member changed,the axial force value and axial force diagram would change accordingly.The change of the external force was expressed by parameters,and then the calculation formula of the axial force of each segment was derived by using the section method,that was,the axial force was expressed as a function of the external force.Then,through the value range of the maximum value of the absolute value of the axial force,the actual position of the contour line on the axial force was adjusted to ensure that the position of the contour line automatically drawn was in a reasonable range.By using the powerful compiling function of VB software,the logic drawing idea of the axis diagram was combined with the programming language to realize the automatic generation of the axis diagram,which improved the generation efficiency and accuracy of the axis diagram,and provided great convenience for the engineering and technical personnel.
