【摘要】 针对目前肉牛羊养殖方捆秸秆加工存在的生产率低、加工质量差等问题,在现有粉碎刀的基础上创新设计出一种空间多方向、不同长度的切刀组合—搅切刀。经过几种切刀组合试验得出,搅切刀与锤片组合的粉碎刀部件对方捆秸秆具有粉碎效果好、生产率高、能耗低的特点。搅切刀的研制推广,为现阶段牛羊养殖中方捆秸秆草料加工关键问题的解决提供了技术支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of low productivity and poor processing quality in the current processing of square bales of straw for beef cattle and sheep breeding, an innovative combination of cutting knives with multiple directions and different lengths-stirring knives is designed on the basis of the existing crushing knives. After several cutting knife combination tests, it is concluded that the pulverizing knife component of the combination of the stirring knife and the hammer has the characteristics of good pulverizing effect, high productivity and low energy consumption.
