基于COMSOL的斜交轮胎成型机轴类零件优化设计
Optimal design of shaft parts of bias tire building machine based on COMSOL
【摘要】 针对斜交轮胎成型机中轴类零件管壁过厚,使用生产原材料过多的问题。本文在基于COMSOL软件的基础上,对装备中的尾座主轴及扩导主轴两个轴类零件进行优化设计。在满足原设计要求的同时,节约大量原材料,降低生产成本,提高公司的经济效益,为工厂设计提供了一种优化的方案。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the problem of excessively thick tube wall of shaft parts in bias tire building machine and excessive use of production raw materials.Based on the COMSOL software,we optimized the design of the tailstock spindle and the expansion spindle in the equipment.While meeting the original design requirements,it saves a lot of raw materials,reduces production costs,improves the company’s economic benefits,and provides an optimized solution for factory design.
