【Abstract】 This article mainly introduces the existing problems of the steering mechanism of the original 90-degree steel cord cutting machine.And through using the adsorption characteristics of the steel cord magnet,the steering mechanism is redesigned,manufactured and installed.After the transformation,the positioning accuracy of the steel cord and the efficiency of automatic joints are improved,the manual intervention rate is reduced,and the joint quality of the steel cord is improved.更多还原
