基于用户体验的教师在线学习平台评价

【摘要】 作为教师职业发展的重要载体,在线学习平台的质量直接影响着教师在线学习的效果。对教师在线学习平台进行系统性、周期性评价,有助于提升教师在线学习效果。基于此,文章从用户体验视角,结合相关专家建议,重点关注教师在线学习平台的技术特性和服务特性,构建了包含技术质量、教学质量、支撑环境、资源检索等4个一级指标、共13个二级指标的教师在线学习平台评价指标体系。之后,文章选取我国华东、华中、华北三个地区"中小学幼儿园教师国家级培训计划"所采用的远程学习平台,进行了该体系的实践应用,并验证了其可用性。文章基于用户体验构建的教师在线学习平台评价指标体系,可为规范在线学习平台建设、促进教师专业发展提供支撑。

【Abstract】 As an important carrier of teachers’ professional development,the quality of online learning platform directly affects the effectiveness of teachers’ online professional learning.Systematic and periodic evaluation of teachers’ online learning platform is conducive to improving teachers’ online learning effectiveness.Based on this,from the perspective of user experience and combined with relevant expert suggestions,this paper focused on the technical characteristics and service characteristics of teachers’ online learning platform,and built an evaluation index system for teachers’ online learning platform which included four first-level indicators of technical quality,teaching quality,supporting environment,resource retrieval,and 13 second-level indicators.Subsequently,the distance learning platform adapted by the "National Training Program for Primary,Middle and Kindergarten Teachers" in our country’s East China,Central China and North China was selected for the practical application of this system,and its availability was verified.The evaluation index system of teachers’ online learning platform was constructed based on user experience,which could provide support for standardizing online learning platform construction and promoting teachers’ professional development.
