肠道菌群与急性心肌梗死的相关性研究
Study on the relationship between intestinal flora and acute myocardial infarction
【摘要】 急性心肌梗死(AMI)作为致死率较高的心血管疾病(CVD)之一,其发病率仍居高不下。近年来,大量研究发现肠道菌群作为"第二基因组"参与CVD的发病。本文将就肠道菌群及其代谢产物与AMI的关系、可能机制作一综述,以期为AMI的治疗提供新思路。
【Abstract】 Acute myocardial infarction(AMI) is one of the most fatal cardiovascular diseases(CVD), and the incidence is still high. In recent years, a large number of studies have found that intestinal flora act as the "second genome" and may involve in the pathogenesis of CVD. This article will review the relationship between intestinal flora, its metabolites and AMI and possible mechanism, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of AMI.
