【摘要】 随着合作治理时代的来临,社会组织竞争关系愈发引起社会关注。在依赖性治理视角下,由于受内部自治意识缺失与外部行政体制约束的影响,日益激烈的依赖性竞争成为社会组织间普遍的关系形态,并呈现出常态化、多样化及无序化的竞争状态,不利于社会组织长远发展。为此,可基于内生性治理视角来改善社会组织依赖性竞争局面。具体而言,通过培育组织内生性、成员内生性及资源内生性来实现社会组织内生增长,降低对外依赖,从而达到构建社会组织内生性竞争关系的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of the era of cooperative governance,the competitive relationship of social organizations has attracted more and more attention. From the perspective of dependence governance,due to the lack of internal autonomy consciousness and the constraints of external administrative system,the increasingly fierce dependence competition has become a common form of relationship among social organizations,and presents a state of normalized,diversified and disordered competition,which is not conducive to the long-term development of social organizations. Therefore,we can improve the situation of dependent competition of social organizations from the perspective of endogenous governance. Specifically,we should cultivate organizational endogeneity,member endogeneity and resource endogeneity to realize the endogenous growth of social organizations and reduce external dependence,so as to achieve the purpose of constructing the endogenous competitive relationship of social organizations.更多还原
