【Abstract】 The Red Culture spirit represented by Yan’an Spirit is rich in connotation, including firm and correct political direction and ideals and beliefs, the spirit of seeking truth from facts, the sense of serving the people and the spirit of hard work and pioneering innovation and so on. which is still of practical value for colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political work and solve many ideological problems among teachers and students.
