时空编码核磁共振方法及其应用

【摘要】 时空编码(spatiotemporal encoding,SPEN)技术自2002年提出以来以其独特的性质在核磁共振领域引起了广泛的关注.利用SPEN技术可以实现超快速采样,有效降低磁共振波谱和成像的扫描时间;SPEN还具有一定的抗磁场不均匀性影响的能力,可开发应用于磁场条件较差的场合.本文简要介绍了SPEN磁共振波谱和成像原理,对本课题组近十几年来在SPEN核磁共振领域的研究进行了系统的阐述,包括对SPEN磁共振波谱和成像方法的开发及应用.

【Abstract】 Spatiotemporal encoding technology has attracted extensive attention in the field of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)since it is proposed in 2002 owing to its unique properties.It can be utilized to realize ultrafast sampling and effectively reduce the acquisition time of magnetic resonance spectroscopy and imaging.It also has the ability to resist the influence of magnetic field inhomogeneity to a certain extent,which can be used in situations with poor magnetic fields.In this review,the principles of spatiotemporally encoded(SPEN)magnetic resonance spectroscopy and imaging are briefly introduced,and our research in the field of SPEN NMR in the past 10 plus years is systematically described,including the developments and applications of SPEN magnetic resonance spectroscopy and imaging methods.
