【摘要】 目的:探讨MR征象对卵巢畸胎瘤成熟度分型的价值。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的23例成熟型畸胎瘤(MT)和14例未成熟型畸胎瘤(IT)患者的临床及MRI资料,比较两组间各MR征象的差异。结果:MT及IT在肿块大小、类型、囊性部分信号、实性成分最大径、实性区软组织信号及小囊影、强化程度等方面表现差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组侧别、形状、实性区内钙化或骨化信号、腹水等方面表现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MT与IT的MR征象有一些显著性差异,MR对于卵巢畸胎瘤成熟度分型有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of MRI features in the classification of ovarian teratoma maturity.Methods:The clinical and MRI data of 23 patients with mature teratoma(MT)and 14 patients with immature teratoma(IT)confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The differences of MRI features between two groups ware compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the size, type, signal of cystic component, maximum diameter of solid component, soft tissue and small cyst in solid area, enhancement between MT and IT(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the side, shape, calcification or ossification signal in solid area, ascites between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:IT and MT have some significant differences in MRI features. MR has important value in the classification of ovarian teratoma maturity.更多还原
