自动乳腺全容积成像系统超声与弹性超声对乳腺肿块的诊断效能
The Diagnostic Efficiency of Ultrasound and Elastic Ultrasound of Automatic Breast Full-volume Imaging System for Breast Masses
【摘要】 目的:探讨自动乳腺全容积成像系统超声与弹性超声对乳腺肿块的诊断效能。方法:自2018年9月至2020年9月,共收集53位受检者的57个肿瘤,利用此自动乳腺全容积成像系统超声与弹性超声对单一病灶进行特征评价,并依粗针切片的结果为肿瘤分类标准,比较两者不同扫描技术的诊断准确性。结果:经过病理学、组织学或细胞学检查后,2例BI-RADS 2类在黑白与彩色弹性图像上3级的病灶为良性肿瘤;9例BI-RADS 3类中,8例黑白与彩色弹性图像上2-4级为良性肿瘤,1例5级为恶性肿瘤;33例BI-RADS 4类中,2例黑白与彩色弹性图像上2级的有50%良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤的机率,8例3级有75%为良性肿瘤、25%为恶性肿瘤机率,9例4级有33%良性肿瘤、67%恶性肿瘤,14例5级有43%良性肿瘤、57%的恶性肿瘤机率;13例BI-RADS 5类中,2例在黑白与彩色弹性图像上3级的有50%良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤的机率,11例4-5级为100%恶性肿瘤。结论:弹性超声波图像有助于判断BI-RADS为4类和5类的恶性病灶,为达到有效筛检乳癌的结果,建议于BI-RADS为4类和5类的患者,使用弹性超音波图像判断病灶。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic efficiency of ultrasound and elastography of the automatic breast full-volume imaging system for breast masses.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2020, a total of 57 tumors from 53 subjects were collected, using this automatic breast full volume imaging system ultrasound and elastic ultrasound to evaluate the characteristics of a single lesion, and according to the results of thick needle slices It is the tumor classification standard to compare the diagnostic accuracy of the two different scanning techniques.Results:After pathological, histological or cytological examinations, 2 cases of BI-RADS 2 class 3 lesions on black and white and color elastic images were benign tumors; 9 cases of BI-RADS 3 class, 8 cases of black and white and color elasticity On the image, grade 2-4 are benign tumors, 1 case is grade 5 malignant tumors; among 33 cases of BI-RADS category 4, 2 cases of grade 2 on black and white and color elastic images have a 50% probability of benign tumors and malignant tumors, 8 75% of grade 3 cases were benign tumors and 25% of malignant tumors, 9 cases of grade 4 had 33% benign tumors and 67% of malignant tumors, and 14 cases of grade 5 had 43% benign tumors and 57% of malignant tumors; 13 Among the BI-RADS category 5 cases, 2 cases have a 50% benign tumor and malignant tumor probability of grade 3 on black and white and color elastic images, and 11 cases of grade 4-5 are 100% malignant tumors.Conclusion:Elastic ultrasound images are helpful for judging BI-RADS as category 4 and 5 malignant lesions. In order to achieve effective breast cancer screening results, it is recommended to use elastic ultrasound images for patients with BI-RADS as category 4 and 5 Lesions.
