热威胁下不敏感引信反应等级的界定方法

【摘要】 针对国内不敏感弹药引信评价体系空白,不能指导引信对热威胁的反应程度进行评定的问题,提出了热威胁下不敏感引信反应等级的界定方法。该方法选取引信金属外壳和传爆药作为引信行为对象,依据其烤燃试验后的自身行为定性评定引信在热威胁下的反应程度。应用实例表明,该方法界定清晰、应用方便,可指导引信对热威胁模拟试验结果的评定,有效界定热威胁下引信的反应等级。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the evaluation system of domestic insensitive ammunition fuze was blank and could not guide the evaluation of fuze response to thermal threat, a method for defining reaction level of insensitive fuze under thermal threat was proposed. In this method, the metal shell of fuze and booster were selected as the reference line and the reaction degree of fuze under thermal threat was qualitatively evaluated according to its own behavior after the cook-off test. Application examples showed that the method was clear in distinction and convenient in application, which could guide the fuze to evaluate the simulated test results under thermal threat and define the level of insensitive fuze reaction effectively.
