【摘要】 目的通过分析某三甲医院互联网医院在线问诊数据,探究互联网医院的诊疗规律。方法从医疗信息系统中导出2020年下半年的在线问诊数据,统计分析方法主要是描述性分析、秩和检验和卡方检验。结果 (1)医师人均接诊数前五名的科室是中医科(51.00±104.58)、内科(41.76±59.59)、妇产科(41.05±68.71)、皮肤科(41.00±40.15)、儿科(37.37±59.39)。(2)儿科的次均接诊回复条数最高,为7.83±4.87条。(3)医师人均接诊人次与次均接诊回复条数呈正相关(r=0.289,P<0.001)。(4)在线问诊发起时间依次集中在上午5 120人(38%)、下午4 968人(36.8%)、夜晚3 040人(22.5%),凌晨362人(2.7%)。结论互联网医院实现了医疗资源便捷、高效共享,不同科室在互联网医院中有着不同特点,不同时间段均有问诊,体现互联网医院诊疗时间灵活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment patterns of Internet hospitals by analyzing the online consultation data of Internet hospital in a tertiary hospital.Methods Based on the online consultation data from the medical information system in the second half of 2020, the statistical analyses were mainly performed with descriptive analysis, rank sum test and chi-square test.Results 1. The top five departments in the number of consultations per doctor were the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine(51.00±104.58), Department of Internal Medicine(41.76±59.59), Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology(41.05±68.71), Department of Dermatology(41.00±40.15) and Department of Pediatrics(37.37±59.39). 2. Department of Pediatrics had the highest average number of responses per patient(7.83±4.87). 3. There was a positive correlation between the number of consultations per doctor and the number of responses per consultation(r=0.289, P<0.001). 4. Ranked from highest to lowest, online consultations were started in the morning(5120, 38%), in the afternoon(4968, 36.8%), in the evening(3040, 22.5%) and in the early morning(362, 2.7%).Conclusion Internet hospital achieved convenient and efficient sharing of medical resources. Different medical departments have different characteristics in Internet hospitals. In addition, consultations are available at different time periods, reflecting the flexibility in Internet hospital services.更多还原
