【Abstract】 Blockchain can establish trust between nodes in an insecure network environment. With its characteristics like transparency, decentralization, and resistance to tampering, it can play an important role in enhancing the security of medical data and protecting patient’s privacy. This article systematically introduces the basic principles and key technologies of blockchain, and focuses on the application scenarios of blockchain technology in medical data management, including the application of digital signatures in doctor-patient disputes, medical alliance chains in the storage and sharing of medical data, and blockchain technology in drug traceability. The blockchain technology, once integrated in medical date management, can promote the reform of the medical information system and accelerate the improvement of service quality and efficiency of medical institutions.更多还原
