【摘要】 党的十九大报告绘制了"健康中国"蓝图,国家卫生计生委和国家中医药局制定并发布了《进一步改善医疗服务行动计划(2018—2020年)》,对创新医疗服务提出了十项任务和五项制度,明确"医疗机构要设立医务社工岗位,建立医务社工与志愿者制度",对医疗行业规范开展医务社工和志愿者工作提出要求的同时,也提供了政策支持。本文通过分析武汉同济医院医务社会工作和志愿服务的实践模式,总结开展服务过程面临的机遇和挑战,探讨医务社会工作和志愿服务发展如何助力改善医疗服务行动计划。更多还原

【Abstract】 The report of the 19 th NCCPC has drawn the blueprint of Healthy China so that the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine have cooperated to formulate and issue the Action Plan for Further Improving Medical Service(2018-2020), which put forward ten new targets and five new systems for medical service innovation and a requirement that medical institutions should set up medical social work posts and establish a system of medical social work and volunteers, and policy support for medical social work and volunteers in medical industry would be provided. By analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by medical social workers and volunteers in Tongji Hospital, the paper extends a discussion on how the development of medical social work and voluntary service can help to improve the medical service action plan.更多还原
