【摘要】 目的采用电子病案PDF自动集中归档系统,实现病案的集中浏览、存储、共享,提高复印效率。方法对2018年1月1日—2019年12月31日96 350份复印病案进行统计分析,比较电子病案PDF自动集中归档系统采用前后病案复印的效率情况。结果 2018年1月1日—2019年12月31日出院病例复印率为43.40%,共计复印1 253 197页,单份病案复印平均页数为13.01页,单份病案复印平均时间为11.35 min。两年内病案复印率呈现逐渐上升趋势,从30.29%上升到51.90%。采用电子病案PDF自动集中归档系统后,平均每月复印病案数比采用前多;单份病案复印平均时间为10.27 min,比采用前短;而采用前后,单份复印平均页数无统计学差异。结论病案复印总量的不断增加,要求病案室优化流程,提高复印效率,从而提升患者或家属的就医满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To use PDF automatic centralized filing system to realize centralized viewing, storage and sharing of medical records, and improve copying efficiency.Methods A total of 96 350 coping medical records from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 were analyzed statistically, and the efficiency of copying medical records before and after the adoption of filing system was compared.Results The copy rate of discharged patients from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 was 43.40%, with a total of 1 253 197 pages, the average number of copies of a single medical record was 13.01 pages, and the average time of copying a single medical record was 11.35 minutes. Within two years, the copy rate of medical records showed a gradual upward trend, from 30.29% to 51.90%. After the filing system was adopted, the average number of copies of medical records per month was larger than before its adoption. The average time of copying a single medical record was 10.27 minutes, shorter than before its adoption; and there was no statistical difference in the average number of pages per copy.Conclusion The continuous increase in the total number of copies of medical records requires the medical records room to optimize the process and improve the efficiency of copying, thereby improving the satisfaction of patients or families.更多还原
